BUY has no interest in Advent (its a JV partner only)therefore even yesterdays announ by BUY was a preemptive 'please explain' to ASX. I'm surprised they said anything.
Its very interesting that the story has gained a bit of traction. MMR announ yesterday was quite silly. they used weasle words that many here incl me interpreted to mean that discussions had/were indeed taking place.
This is all good publicity for everyone in PEP11. But not good for ASX relations. I suggest that next announ. will be the whole truth and leave nothing open for interpretation.
These guys are so used to weasle words that i think they find it hard to be unequivocal in their releases.
