I don't think so they are throwing out under 5.4c.
Even after 4c purchase, their average is still 5.4/share and doesn't click to me keeping SP under 5.4 if they are the one actually selling for past couple of days.
They could have sold off in the past taking some profits, but still hold almost all shares.
