Also, if you are a vip client of the broker you get opportunities to take up some even if you are not interested in small cap resource stocks. Just buy and flick on for a profit. The broker gets the commission and the client is happy.

It's frustrating for us and partly why I wanted the cr to be at a better (6c) price.
