    The most upside shareholders have at the mo is the difference between 1.53 and 1.73.

    The directors who arguably reduced the value of the company with their margin loans will get to participate in any long term success they may have.

    It stinks. They are only looking after their own interests.

    Obviously the market agrees. If this deal (or any other deal) was going to go ahead it would not be trading at this discount.
