If you want to vote for the resolutions just fill your proxy like I did
Under “I/We” I wrote my full name in the same way it appeared on the registry (so i had to include my super A/C name as well) and my address. Then instead of ticking Chairman, I selected OR and used Kevin Nichol as my proxy (Kevin Nichol of 87 Hardie St, Mascot NSW 2020) - Next to ‘AND for’ I wrote 100%. Then signed and sent to PO BOX 669, Chatswood NSW 2057
My friend already sent his proxy to company address so he is writing them a letter to revoke his vote so he can send it to the Chatswood one instead
