    I agree. Given that the SP is hovering around $2.20 - $2.30 as a baseline (and as you say trending up slowly), it feels like any good news from BWX will pop it through $2.50-ish resistance barrier that has been around for a while now.

    However the shorters are still in play with around 12%. Short squeeze coming possibly?
