    Indeed, stupid me... should have read my own source more careful. It looks like currently cosmetics not tested on animals can only be sold through electronic channels like Tmall etc. Major brands are doing this successfully. Obviously having stock in local shops is much better. I was not able to see if FTA gives any concessions to Australian cosmetics.
