New to HotCopper and finding it very interesting.
Just an enquiry, but didn't the escrowed shares and options only become available on the 12/11/16 (and being a Saturday, first day of trading 14/11/16)? So would this have any direct effect on SP before then (other than indirect effect of knowing about potential impact)?
And is there a time period that directors need to announce "Change of holding" within - when do we expect to see notice of disposals?
