Mistakes and operational glitches happen every day, no one gets taken out and shot. Besides, it’s far more useful retaining the people who made the errors - they will have learned valuable lessons from them.
Nope. There is much more than meets the eye here. Which is why we need complete transparency as much as a deterrent for the next guy as it will be for investors to learn lessons from.
