BWX advised that it will release its 2018 full year financial results on 29 August 2018. This revised date is due to a number of factors impacting on Company resources, including the evaluation of the non-binding indicative offer received from a consortium led by Bain Capital announced on 21 May 2018 and the undertaking of a strategic review announced on 12 June 2018. The IBC intends to provide an update on the strategic review at the time of release of the full year financial results. In addition, it advises that unaudited Underlying EBITDA for the financial year ending 30 June 2018 is expected to be $40m - $41m, representing an increase of 52% - 55% on the pcp.
