Just a matter of time in my opinion that it will break up through the $4.19 resistance level.
Setting up very nicely to continue the trend higher. Fundamentals are pretty good with most brokers expecting strong revenue and earnings growth over the next few years. Upcoming catalyst likely to be the AGM on the 21st.
