Gotta love newbies, you've laid it out clear as day and they've retreated into their conspiracy theory cave. Only thing I would add is that they are going to need a lot more cash for their expansion, if they were smart they would do a cap raise now before the stock craters more than it has. Never a bad thing to shore up the finances, although I don't think sophisticated investors will fall for the hype surrounding this stock and will probably ask for a significant discount, perhaps around 2.5c to make it worth their while.
