    BWX under bid by management buy out, offer at 20 times 2018 EBITDA.

    Equivalent at SFH would give rise to some $400m enterprise value, or around $2.10 a share.

    This follows Bonds and Bras N Things at 10 times EBITDA, which would be over $1 a share for SFH.
