As much as I would love to vote no on share consolidation, its probably the only hope we have, that goes for the name change too. By last chance I'am not really interested in following this stock long term anymore, fool me once ... blah blah. As was noted it does give a company with a new name, less shares and new and exciting ideas (ie America). If they put the package together properly then they will garner interest from new holders and may provide an exit for us long suffering holders. Play it smart kids! No need to shoot yourselves in the foot.
