its almost morning in halifax which means the motion to set a date for the appeal hearing should happen soon. Hopefully we have an announcement in the morning letting us know whats happening and a date if there is one for the hearing. I still hope there is some way it can get thrown out tomorrow.
Oh well, at least we should have a date for the hearing and know when this long process will finally be over.
