A) the constant push back of timelines is definitely cause for concern. If it actually launches in 2019 then CHF would at that time by my rough estimate have been launched 3-4 years beyond original estimates. That's very very poor management.
B) I'd say the buy side and SP is performing as intended. It's being bought up prior to the expected p3 announcement and then it will get sold into. As it always does. With any luck it might break into the 5s again at which point I might seriously consider selling.
Had a few years of silvius "awesome" presentations that largely state the same stuff and end up pushing timelines perennially further out.
