Lol why not? Of course you can talk about it as even Bianance has been hacked at some point but that doesn't make them a bad exchange either. It'll only be sad if they didn't do anything meaningful to strengthen their security tho. By the way the post is about exchanges adhering and complying with regulatory bodies in order to continue operating in certain regions and my issue of concern is why some are complying and others are refusing to comply. Is there something we should know that we don't?
