In the past there might have been an element of manipulation occurring with financial trickery by a broker. But, that happens everywhere, one would be naive to think its a perfect world. That could have been done in cahoots with a certain CEO also. But, that one sold at not so good price. Cautious optimism is a bit rich I think, more like, hesitant skepticism. TON must prove a steady as she goes outlook. Slowly this is happening. I am happy as I picked up a large parcel pre recent announcement and I did that because iam a mad bugger. There is no other explanation at the time However, the announcement had a financial backing which is what it is. This is now a great investment. One is clearly a knob if one passes over these facts.
