No downgrade in price depends how its done. Undervalued now and the longer it is the less we would receive. Right now shareholders at these levels would likely accept less. However, with CE Mark, some sales and a large distribution deal (all of which could happen in the next 3-4 months, we'd likely see a re-rating to the $0.40-$0.60 range, which would mean a strong premium to that level on T/o vis-a-vis at the selevels which would be a lower $0.40-$0.50.
