They own f'all. Most of it is loan funded shares and they still have to pay them up, between 12c and 22c. Agree though would be silly to take a low ball offer and I'm sure once one moves they'll be plenty others like there was in SRX. While OSL is early stage, SRX was $200m in mkt cap when CE mark came through.
So as a comparison, OSL would have to be at least 30c when CE comes through in 3 months. Nice upside when you think about it. Also OSL is first line in both pancreas and liver and SRX was salvage only, so more potential despite its early stage.
With the re-sections already performed its obvious this is worth more to not just shareholders, but most particularly the patients suffering too.
