well not really a surprise that bob has gone given recent events... maybe the existing directors are peeved that they went down this path in the first place and it didn't work out? anyway, they need to tell us who's steering the ship in the US...

as per rifici's post, the level of information to shareholders is lamentable. they better come up with something good soon as sentiment is 90% of the game in this market. let's hope they step up and get a viable business up and running.
