Why give yourself up for re-election if you were going to resign from the board anyway...???

Having said that, its not clear whether he is remaining MD though?
Either way, it looks like the board is back to the structure pre-all the acquisitions last year, with Alex, Charles and Graham.
Fine by me. No doubt they have learned their lessons and assuming they get the finance, will be alot better for it.
