But MEL is out of money after this next drill. Unless they sell the BYE stake, which is hard to envision, they are tapped out until $s flow from one of their projects.
Also, it would be hard to believe that existing shareholders are going to stump up money in a capital raise to fund some other company's project.
Bottom line, either BYE or OLE should make a script offer and give long-suffering MEL shareholders a more liquid and viable corporate structure.
