If money was going anywhere, id say it would be leaving BHP and going to RIO.
Last time RIO was trading at $40 mark, BHP was $16!
Those high volume days are selling volume.
Look at the candlesticks, if they where long and white there would be cause for concern, but they're not.
Have a look at the volume in short selling increase over the last 4 trading days.

6 772 442 (yesterday)
Worst case scenario, market makers may try to drive the price higher to trigger a short covering rally and then take up short positions themselves on the fall back.
If that happens ill add to my short.
In anycase if she does blow her top, im confident of a pullback to $30 to break even.
