Every office I have ever worked, there has always been 'office romances' 'workplace romances'--that's how it is in the 'real world' it's natural----it would be 'unnatural' if there weren't any, Turnbull is making a fool of himself with his 'bonkban'

Fair Work Act 2009 protect employees against such interference by their employers.
“Under section 351 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth), it is unlawful to dismiss an employee because of the attribute of marital status,” .
“A person’s marital status includes whether they are single, married or separated.”
Fair Work Act warned “sex bans” — whether they were in place in parliament or regular workplaces — could potentially breach the Fair Work Act, the Sex Discrimination Act or the Equal Opportunity Act.
