Fair point jwfc. I can't say I have. I can only judge him on what he has done on the larger scale of his ministerial portfolio. On that basis; theft of Murray Darling water, complete disruption of the APVMA by moving it to Armidale to name just two, I can say that what may be good for his constituents is bad for the coutry at least in those two examples.
