Bye bye Bergen

Someone had to put it in a headline . . . .

I reckon they actually had about 10-20m left (it's not likely to be only them selling through a broker) and today was the classic 'it doesn't matter if the SP drops now as we are pretty much out' dump so we are in the 5m or less zone.

With their holding gone all we need is something from the company saying good riddance and at least we can sit in equilibrium until the financing is announced (this could still take 2 months so we will have as much as 40 trading days or 80 posts to endure of someone saying nothing is happening).

From what people have posted there was some sort of limitation on selling clause in the Bergen agreement which has obviously been breached but there are not consequences - except that the company could use it to terminate the arrangement.

No sunshine yet but at least it has stopped raining IMHO.
