Agree, Gotta but if you sell and "still retain" a position it doesn't matter
what price it sells for, in fact the less the better for CGT purposes.
Swapping hands results in a sale for we little fish, and a bigger piece of the pie
for the "left hand" who just "didn't know how lucky it was", nudge nudge wink wink........

CGT. Only in this game we also have our seat removed and they get two.
This is going on around the ASX listed stocks and is very hard to police as backroom deals can be made without anyone knowing.
