Sydneysider, now I understand what you mean. You are talking about the ore-sorter. They haven't purchased it yet and yes probably a total waste of time as you would have to sort a hell of a lot of ore to ensure the mill throughput tonnes. I do remember something about some Gold-Tec system which they no longer speak about and it was years ago.
Yes, good point about the veins. The old timers certainly took what they could see. With modern mining methods (not the ore sorter rot) good production can be achieved but this mob are just plodding along still in development stages after all this time. Their only production has been from the odd single stope and development ore.
Waiting to see if they can manage to get 5 stopes operating by December - won't be holding my breath though.
