This already has gone south. The company is suspended for two years, then demerged into a foreign company which won't be listed for another year or so, and even then will relist at a fraction of the price.

Shareholders are only now starting to see what has been said all along - there are no plans for relisting. You can't see your shares, you can't trade your shares, and frankly, it'd have been much easier just to give the ASX the bloody documents when they asked for them 18 months ago.
