Now I'm not so powerful I can move the market - but this is a demonstration that shorters are pushing down MSB sp whenever there are brief gaps in market activity - and worse booking low ball HFT trades to window dress the market. Now who would do that just to lose money? Answer nobody.

Lesson: reported short sales don't have to be collated until end of day 4.00pm or 4.10. What happens prior to that is open season to drive weak holders to the slaughter. There could be 100 million shorts during the day as long as they hold the shares (are not naked) and can get to a position they are comfortable with by end of day. Last two days reported shorts were up 0.7 to 1.0% roughly according to Shortman. But that's not the end of it, most times when I see a bad day, my running loss on MSB improves in the last half hour and into the auction (I.E. when "they" are adjusting their book and bringing the days fishing catch back into the cool room). Reason: it needs to be profitable and it needs to fly under the ASIC radar and not look too much like manipulation LOL heaven forbid. And best of all they might believe the shares will go up (later).

With a government completely bereft of ideas to find new tax revenue so they can give it away to their mates somewhere on wind farms or somesuch, only political insiders could choose to ignore this blatantly destructive and corrupt money-go-round, totally un-taxed!!!

I know this topic has been done over many times but I couldn't care less, I like the truth now and again. The all knowing "friends of the market" (insiders) don't like to go there and have me on ignore - and I can guarantee them I have them all on ignore as well - and the list is very long. My post today is for everyone else.

Do you believe that short sellers have caused the company to be under-funded?

Or do you think that being under-funded and raising capital in such sub-optimal and predictable fashion merely plays into the hands of the shorters?

For example, if no deal is struck with MNK and the market takes the view that the MNK stock in MSB will hit the market as soon as they come out of escrow in a little more than 30 business days' time, do you think the shorters will be doing something wrong if they start shorting MSB leading up to that time? Especially if they believe that MSB will need to come back to the market for capital not long after that?
