Reading through the BrisbaneTimes article, I got the impression that Orr was keen on restarting Philipines project so OGC would rank as midtier producer. I personally would rather prefer OGC reduce its debt load, eliminate the hedge book, before embarking on expansions for which either more debt is required or more equity needs to be raised.
