Yes quite right regarding Pratt - but interestingly he sold down for prices mostly well below the current IMI SP. Good corporate governance at IMI - no inside information.
Fortunately for Pratt he was able to 'dodge the QTK bullet' totally.
Good luck with your VCR. Their price trend is down unfortunately unlike IMI.
