The surviving investment banks have had a field day recently downramping companies, shorting and insider-trading their shares, and coercing directors into massive capital raisings with gigantic fees and preferential placements to the investment banks.
I hope directors are wising up to this. The directors of RIO may be harder for the spivs to manipulate than some of the other recent patsies.
