so Todd could let the current offer at 1.3c expire on 2 May, then walk away.
they could then come back with another offer, say in a month or two, at a higher price, or a lower price, or none at all?
they will need to make up their minds one way or the other, because they might just lose out if FMS can manage to secure some sort of a deal with a 3rd party?
