Only 2 or 3 people ever saw the full financial model and strategy (in its various versions) but it essentially inverted the OA approach to get a shareholder return on close to 22.5 cents plus royalty for a period beyond the TIO offer of 11.5 years (was up to 26.5 years) and also included the Vanadium at Canegrass. All up it was of less cost to TIO than their worst case OA offer at the time and yes it was a fee based activity if they wanted to proceed.

All history now and unrepeatable so lets see where TIO take you all from here in the absence of white noise from misguided camps and campers.
