I agree with this Infoseeker. Last couple of times I have posted there was not one comment in response (and the question wasn't that stupid!). The sideshow is killing discussion.
I am interested to know what people think re the free trade agreement.....has is negated SMA's "first mover" advantage/undone all their hard work in establishing previously hard to penetrate channels?
I would like to see some of the money spent on assessing/ developing/accommodating/adapting current technology towards a more fruitful relationship with Alipay....Alibaba is actively looking for investment opportunities in Australia. Alibaba wants to expand - and this includes improving the movement of goods.Given the current established relationship with the Alipay system,SMA should be trying to capitalise on this in some way - they do logistics too. If SMA are doing some business already via Alipay, they have a foot in the door already.
