I get the more efficient build (while on site). My point was that it would seem to me (without doing the calcs) that any "pre-arranged" preparation would actually add total time rather than reduce time. Yes time on site could be saved (subject to Ivor's next post), however, if I was costing the operation of the company I'm interested in all costs, HO and site, not just on site.

Happy to try to crunch the numbers or someone to do it and point out my error, but its why I came to a "back of the envelope assessment" that it would not be feasible to do as suggested by Weitweinkel.

This is why I like HC, raise an issue, debate it, agree or disagree, further analyse, but most importantly share points of view and experiences.
