We have definitely reached this imo , NO builder is going to contract HX to build for a client unless it’s to his advantage especially trialling a new innovation. If Mark is talking about 2 storey builds by end of years , it’s looking very promising and tongue’s are starting to wag ! Lots of builder /Supervisors taking drive by at Dayton and Byford atm . We are really going to struggle with trades over here as I stated on a number of occasions, there is no better time to enter the market but now ! Brickies are in demand already . Question is which project builders are going to be the first moverS ? and how is Mark going to set this up so as to not Dilute the shareholders too much ? He is obviously aware of this otherwise he wouldn’t have mentioned it .
