Thanks  Piopiou for a detailed and interesting analysis. I've been a shareholder since 2009 and think BYL's been fairly steady. Low entry price kept me invested and BYL has paid solid dividends.  A high percentage of indigenous workers is a positive for local communities and I'm sure helps secure civil contracts in the Territory. There's no doubt the road building etc. has smoothed out the loss of revenue from mining work.
