BYL has been super quiet of late - especially with the SP continuing to slide from low 40's to low 30's. I think that silence reinforces the market perception of ''challenging'' market conditions, a possible profit downgrade and a revision of the 3c PA dividend. If the current dividend is confirmed this should trade back in the high 30's IMO. If not, well you get the picture.
