Further to my post of a few minutes ago, if the February 2016 announcements for H1 FY2016 are bullish, and they suggest an EPS of 9c or 9.5c, then the market may well value BYL shares to give an P/E ratio of about 7, which suggests an SP of 55c to 60c. That is the fond dream, which I'll start believing when I see more evidence - more $10m to $100m contracts from the likes of the NT Government and Main Roads WA. BYL's sterling story on creating work opportunities for Aborigines should give it an edge over competitors.
