    You're missing the point,
    Bailey's assumption and thread title is regarding bypassing the SML 30% Listing Laws.
    The very laws, that you personally confirmed with management weren't actually applicable to Magnis.
    So, my question to Bailey was whether Magnis have now confirmed that their MDA did not in fact circumvent the new legislation?
