No confirmation from the company that any listing applies solely to UTL, but there has been no confimation that a listing of any kind is required either. Email has been sent awaiting confirmation either way. The holding company of the SML is UTL, and the introduced laws refer specifically to the holder of an SML as far as I can tell.
