In support of the efficient market hypothesis - the buyer who purchased the 40 million options know just as much about the company as we do? So they've spent $120k thinking/hoping/knowing that the stock will be at least 5.5 cents by July next year.

Good sign in my opinion. Not to mention the $2 million parcel of shares that was purchased last week (week before?).
