about 5 years ago they applied to byron council for the land to be approved to build on it dragged on and on.so they went to state gov for approval and got it....now they have approval for tourism only,,,resort style worth a few bucks .some small articles filtered in newspapers yet i heard from good sorce......they have ann out you can read.......
