True, the downside is no direct cashflow to fund operations though. Does make you realise that any direct investment would need to have quite exceptional characteristics if the BYE investment needed to be liquidated to fund it. Give me a small cap raise/placement at this point if we are looking at acquiring something still (per the quarterly).
