BYRs Chairman negotiaiting on an advanced gold project

as per title BYRs chairman Klauss Eckhof has been trying to acquire a significant gold project, if he pulls it off could be BYR 2.0 here but so far no deal

"During the quarter the Company continued its efforts to secure a potentially large-scale mineral
project at the advanced exploration/evaluation phase, with particular focus on a significant gold
project identified by the Company’s Managing Director, Klaus Eckhof, that is at the pre-feasibility stage. Negotiations with project stakeholders in respect of the gold project have not been satisfactorily concluded and Mr Eckhof will continue to pursue these negotiations."
