Most of your concerns are valid, there is lack of professionalism with exchange designing. But I believe that the management are ticking all boxes for launching the exchange soon.
My concern is the time. the Coinspot exchange was very simple before a few months ago. Now, it is a copy paste of th BPX. it has been significantly improved. Management must do their best to launch the exchange successfully ASAP.
