I have invested in this company from the IPO at 50c. I the read today in the "notice of a special meeting" that Dr Damian Pethetica will be entitled to a $112,500 success fee. What success I ask you? No wonder he is keen to get this thing settled. I own over 500,000 shares and wont be voting yes and the annual meeting unless Dr Pethetica tips his success fee back to the shareholders who have been paying his wage.

On top of this we are told that the board is considering a return of capital toward the end of 2009 - are they kidding they want us to agree to this sale?
